2025 Conference Theme: Innovative Infrastructure – Building Tomorrow Together

The P3 Conference & Expo invites submissions from both public and private sector professionals engaged in public-private partnership (P3) projects across various industries. This year’s event will focus on innovative strategies and best practices in delivering critical infrastructure projects, with an emphasis on transportation, social infrastructure, higher education, sustainability, and financing.

We invite abstract submissions that address the following key themes:

  • Transportation Infrastructure: Case studies on successful financing, development, and operation of transportation projects, including roads, bridges, transit systems, airports, and ports.
  • Social Infrastructure: Explore civic centers, courthouses, healthcare facilities, housing, and broadband projects that enhance community services and connectivity.
  • Higher Education: Insights into P3 projects supporting colleges and universities, including campus facilities, housing, and energy management.
  • Sustainability & Resiliency: Projects that incorporate energy, water, and other sustainable practices to ensure long-term infrastructure resiliency and environmental stewardship.
  • Innovative Financing & Delivery Models: Exploring new funding approaches, partnership structures, and alternative delivery methods for infrastructure development.
  • Market Insights & Project Pipeline: In-depth analysis of emerging trends, challenges, and forthcoming opportunities in the P3 sector, with a focus on upcoming projects and evolving market dynamics.

Abstracts should provide a 100-word synopsis and include the types of envisioned panelists (e.g., public sector owners, architects, engineers, financiers, etc.). We are especially seeking submissions that feature insights from public sector leaders and practitioners who are driving innovation in P3s.

Private sector speakers will be provided complimentary registration if they or their companies are either a sponsor or exhibitor of the Conference. Non-supporting private sector speaking participants will be required to pay the General Audience registration fee.
