State budget cuts, tuition pressure and growing deferred maintenance have combined to threaten the sustainability of higher education in the U.S.. These pressures are prompting universities to explore innovative service and asset delivery models to help reduce costs, better maintain facilities and create new tools to finance and construct new and modernized academic buildings, student housing and other campus facilities.
