Corporate Diversity and Contract Compliance Director
Angela Berry Roberson is the Corporate Diversity and Contract Compliance Manager for Ferrovial Agroman US. Ferrovial Agroman is the flagship company heading up the construction division of Ferrovial, the world’s leading private investor in transportation infrastructures, with a workforce of approximately 70,000 employees and operations in more than 15 countries. Angela is responsible for managing the comprehensive Diversity and Civil Rights contract requirements, program management and compliance for the company’s U.S. projects especially the multi-billion dollar projects in the Texas area including the LBJ Express project. This responsibility includes the development of the company diversity program, overall contract compliance, monitoring/reporting, outreach and administration of the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) program, the Workforce Diversity goals and Diversity Affairs.
Before her current position, Angela was the Texas/South Regional Project Manager for a national Civil Rights Compliance consultant firm. Angela has over 20 years of experience in Civil Rights and Diversity Policy and Program Management services in the Transportation industry including responsibility for the overall development, design and administration of the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE)/Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) program, On-the Job-Training (OJT), workforce, wage (Davis Bacon), Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), Limited English Proficiency (LEP), environmental justice (EJ), compliance monitoring services as well as outreach, technical assistance/supportive services. She also has extensive experience with Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART), Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority (GCRTA), Texas Department of Transportation (TXDOT), Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), and DFW International Airport.
Angela is actively involved in several activities and organizations both professionally and socially. Angela sits on the Regional Hispanic Contractors Association Board of Directors as well as the DBE taskforce for the Texas Associated General Contractors (AGC). Angela is a native Dallasite and a licensed attorney who holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Rice University in Houston, TX and a Juris Doctorate from Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C. She is married and she and her husband have two daughters.
