Philippe Rapin has over 10 years of experiencein Alternative Delivery / P3 projects,providing procurement and transaction technical advisory to public and private clients. With over 50 projects in multiple jurisdictions in North America and Europe, Philippe brings valuable expertise to clients to improve project risk transfer, bankability and ultimately successful procurement. Philippe drawson his expertiseleading teams across various sectors: Vertical Infrastructure, Infrastructure and more exotic projects such as eco-tax, dams and canals or complex multi-site projects. Leading or working alongside Financial and Legal advisors, histeam’s roles vary across the many stages of a project including preparing the business case, developing the project concept, project evaluation, value for money analysis, preparing the project performance expectations on availability payment or concessionary models, preparing and running procurement RFQs/RFPs and their associated evaluation up to the preferred bidder selection and the project Financial Close.  Additionally, their role extends to monitoring the projects performance during the construction period. He is one of the few P3 practitioners to have garnered experience from operational projects.

In the port sector, Philippe’s involvement has included projects such as the Port ofPhiladelphia (USA), RBT2 (Canada), Le Port de Calais (France), Tangiers Med II (Morocco).
